In the morning it didn't seem but in the afternoon it was really nice day out. Old Town Hall with condensing steam from an aircraft composed into two diagonal (almost) lines.

Another volny.cz sprayed advert, this time in Barrandov. I was amazed by the snow on the sidewalk, because this winter was really poor (Americans/Canadians, don't be angry) on it. The only thing in front of our house is some melted stuff... I'm really looking forward to the summer. And you?

Pražský Semmering bridge on Žvahov hill (Illustrative photos from Martin Válek) is a railroad viaduct, running above Prokopské walley. Due to its inclination (180 meters in 9 kms) it's called "The Prague's only mountain railroad". Nowadays it's not as profitable as it used to be, so there were negotiations about its cancelling (using the rail, not destroying the bridge, of course). Only few trains are coming over it, one of them is fast train Prague - Chomutov, twice a day. (Source).

To the photographs - the only way how to get a picture of the bridge from this side is from flyover bridge of railroad track between stations Hlubočepy and Geologická. This rail (Hlubočepy - Sídliště Barrandov) is actually the newest in Prague railroad system. It was really cloudy and snowing, so on first pano I have used gradual grey filter to emphasize the melancholic mood. The second pano is just for to show the place of taking the pictures (somewhere on the 477 meters long bridge, 19 metres above the ground). I thank Marc for giving me the idea of photographing in Barrandov area. As seen on some of his photos, he enjoys it.
